‘Horrible Bosses’ comes to theaters this Friday, July 8th!
In honor of the release, this week’s recipe is one of my favorite things to make for a work potluck… RAMEN NOODLE SALAD!
Ingredients: 1/2 Head of Green Cabbage (chopped), 1 Carrot (shredded), 4 Green Onions (chopped), 1 Package of Ramen Noodles, 2 Tablespoons Slivered Almonds
Dressing: 1/2 Cup Oil, 3 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar, 3 Tablespoons Sugar, Salt & Pepper, Flavor Packet from Ramen Noodles
Directions:
1. Toast the nuts in a warm oven for 6-8 Minutes, watch carefully because they will burn easily, then cool.
2. Combine cabbage, carrots and onions.
3. Break up noodles and add to vegetables.
4. Before serving, add nuts and the mixed dressing, toss well
5. ENJOY!
No one wants to be the person whose dish is left uneaten at the company potluck, you want to be the star! You want everyone to be asking you for the amazing recipe and with this easy salad, you will be just that!
Plus, if your boss is like a character in the movie, this is one way to avoid another criticism, because everyone enjoys this dish!
