  1. *Stephen Amell As Christian Grey…*

    March 22, 2013 by Kate

    … I don’t hate it!

    Instagram

Have you seen Hung or Arrow?  Stephen Amell can definitely pull off the physical atributes of Fifty Shades of Grey‘s Christian Grey, but is he the right guy for the job?

Yesterday, on his Facebook account, Stephen addressed the casting rumor.

He said, “I get questions about Christian Grey all the time. That project is a long way off. I know this, because I had a meeting about it. A long way off. I mean, not that long, but not close. I wouldn’t call it long, but I wouldn’t call it close.”

Alright, he is staying coy on this one. Do you think Stephen would make a good Grey?

I’ve mentioned my picks before. I think Matt Bomer as Christian Grey and the newly engaged, Alexis Bledel, as Anastasia Steele. But, if Bomer says no, I would be quite happy with Stephen stepping in.

The studio behind the film has repeatedly said that there have been no casting decisions made yet. What I say to that?… Get on it! We want o see the best-selling books on the big screen ASAP!

  2. *Twit Pic of the Day*

    March 20, 2013 by Kate

    Twitter

I’m glad Miley Cyrus still has her sense of humor.

Today, she first posted a childhood picture of herself with the caption, “Bahahahahahha.”

Then, Miley took it a step further and posted the childhood pic next to a photo of Gollum. She captioned the two-shot, “The resemblance Is terrifying.”

I think I speak for most when I say, everyone goes through a “gollum,” I mean “awkward” phase.

Miley has been enduring constant break-up rumors the last two weeks. However, Miley’s fiance, Liam Hemsworth, was spotted at the airport in the Philippines this morning and he is thought to be heading to L.A. for a reunion with his love.

E! Online reported, “A source tells E! News that the engaged couple will be reuniting today after spending an extended time apart, and once more reiterated that the duo are ‘totally together’ and have been ‘in constant contact.’”

    Twitter

Just yesterday, Miley posted a Twitter picture with her engagement ring front and center. Miley was called out last week for stepping out without the special jewelry, but she confirmed on Twitter that it was being fixed.

Singer Lindsey Lee, originally tweeted, “had to send off my engagement ring today to get fixed… one of the little diamonds fell out… I feel naked without it : ( so sad!” Miley responded to that post, writing, “ugh that’s the worst! I just had a similar situation except when it happens to me then everyone says my wedding is off.”

I spy… the same Canadian hockey team logo!

The Biebs showed off one of his many new tattoos when he posted this photo to his Instagram account two weeks back. Then, on Tuesday, Selena posted this picture to Twitter with the caption, “I can make the stars dance.”

If you look closely, Selena’s hat and Justin’s tattoo both feature the Stratford Culliton hockey team’s logo. With their break-up so recent, many are wondering what message Selena is trying to send.

Upon further examination of the pic, Selena holds up two peace signs… Is she saying peace to Justin? You be the judge!

We may have the answer when she releases her new album. Selena has been busy in the studio lately, and reportedly has already recorded 16 songs. JB is keeping his mind on work as well, he just released a new acoustic album and is still traveling the country with his Believe tour.

  4. *Happy Birthday Harry*

    by Kate

Harry Styles, 1/5 of the uber-successfull boy band One Direction, turns 19-years-old today!

    Twitter

Seen above with bandmate Louis Tomlinson and some other friends playing soccer, Harry has been tweeting about his big day.

First, Harry tweeted, “I feel olllllllllllldddddddddddd.”

A couple hours later, he wrote, “Hiiiiiii, thank you for saying Happy Birthday. Love you all .xx”

I wonder if the “thank you” message could include Taylor Swift… Do you think the Red singer reached out to wish her former flame a Happy Birthday?

  5. *Miley’s New Tattoo*

    by Kate

Miley Cyrus has some new ink! The pop-star posted these two picture  to her Instagram account yesterday…

    Instagram

    Instagram

The tattoo, which was done by Kat Von D, features two crossed arrows on the back of her right arm.

Miley captioned the first pic, writing, “ratta tat tat” and captioned the second, writing, “friendship.”

  6. *Stephen Amell Married*

    January 13, 2013 by Kate

    Instagram

Sorry to tell you ladies, but Stephen Amell is a married man.

According to JustJared, the Arrow star tied the knot with Cassandra Jean on Christmas Day. The website also revealed that the ceremony was officiated by friend of the couple.

As much as this pains me… Congrats to the happy couple!

The CW’s Arrow returns with an all new episode this upcoming Wednesday at 8pm.

  8. *JT 2013*

    January 10, 2013 by Kate

    Twitter

Last night, Justin Timberlake posted a rather cryptic tweet… “Thursday, January 10th, 2013 at 9:01 am PST…”

Many speculated that Justin would announce a new single or a new album or something to do with music.

As promised, at 9:01 this morning, Justin tweeted, “To whom it may concern…I think I’M READY! #JT2013 http://tmbr.lk/imready

In the YouTube video, Justin walks through a house, ending up in a music studio, where he states, “I’m ready.”

It’s great to hear Justin is getting back to his music, but the video didn’t reveal much at all. There was no album news, no single release dates, just “2013.”

Now, there is a countdown on the website, so we have wait again. This time until Sunday at 9:01. Check back to see what he announced this time!
